- To place an order, just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout". Enter your details so we can process your order. You will be redirected to our secure Shopify secure payment gateway where all sensitive information is entered.An order acknowledgment will be emailed by return.
We aim to respond within 2 working days confirming your offer. Your order when placed, will be made to order. Delivery will normally take between four to eight weeks from our confirming your order by e-mail. If we think your order will take longer than eight weeks to deliver, we will advise you at the time we confirm your order.
- As with any hand-made product, there will always be slight variations from one batch of production both in terms of leathers used and steel finishes to the other. As leather and steel finishes colours are key to our collections, we have taken a lot of care in ensuring that colours of products displayed in this website are true to life. However, individual settings of each monitor will result in variations in the colour that you see on screen.
- For made to order items cancellation may only take place within 2 days of placing your order with the House of Eroju. Your order is deemed to have been place with us after we have sent a confirmation email to you about your order.
- No changes to a given Purchase Order may be made after confirmation of the order has been given by House of Eroju.
- Prices quoted for each product exclude VAT, exclude delivery charges and insurance costs. Delivery charges vary in accordance with weight. Delivery may be through Royal Mail Service, DHL or through Business Post next day service.
- We accept credit card payments by VISA, Mastercard, or debit cards, provided the delivery address is the same as the billing address for your credit card.
